We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 - 7 working days from logo approval. Delivery is fast and tracked.

As all items are customised, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a fault. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Absolutely. You can add notes in the order section or once you place your order, we’ll be in touch to confirm your preferred colours and sizes for each item.

When ordering you’ll be prompted to upload your logo file (ideally in PNG, JPEG, PDF or vector format). Or, you can email it to us directly.

Yes and yes! Delivery is 100% free across the UK and we have no logo setup fee's.
